SniperMachine never touches your funds directly. Here is exactly what we can and cannot do with your API keys โ in plain English.
When you connect your Binance or brokerage account, you give SniperMachine an API key โ not your password, not access to your account settings, and not the ability to withdraw or transfer anything.
An API key is like a valet key for your car โ it can drive it, but it cannot open the trunk or make copies of the key. Exchange API keys work the same way: trade permission and withdraw permission are completely separate switches. We only use trade permission.
When creating your Binance API key, you will see a list of permission checkboxes. Here is exactly what to select:
๐ก๏ธ We automatically reject keys with withdrawal permissions
When you paste your key during onboarding, we validate its permissions before saving. If it has withdrawal access, we refuse it and ask you to create a new one.Want to stop the bot immediately? Go to your Binance API Management page and delete the key. The bot stops within seconds โ no cancellation needed, no email required.
You can also disconnect from inside your SniperMachine dashboard at any time. Your funds, positions, and account settings are always under your sole control.
